The BASHI Platform (Click) is a New-York based startup aiming to disrupt the product and fashion industry. BASHI is a community-based platform connecting brands to on-demand design and development services.

I moved to New York City and joined BASHI as part of the 4-person team to build the platform from scratch in 1 year.

We worked as a team to develop the business model canvas, then we incorporated each segment into the platform through the below process.
User Research & personas Identifications: 9 sectors in a total of 185 people
Platform wireframing: mapping out the platform and user flow
BASHI prototype development: Adobe XD
Product Development: 8 months on web development
BASHI.co(Click) beta site was live in October 2019.
Think open innovation Marketplace + Crowdsourcing +E-portfolio + Creative Community = Profit & Value
The goal of BASHI was to provide a more meaningful experience via innovations and incorporations of new technology than other freelancing websites compared to Fiverr and Upwork. In order to do that we needed our site to be a hybrid of them and other sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Behance, and Airbnb.

I worked on case studies to help with the pitch to our stakeholders.
During our pre-launch and beta site testing, we have over 15 brands use BASHI's Opportunities feature, and 25 design opportunities were posted with the result of 567 unique designs in total at the cost of 37,930 USD, which is a lot less than the average cost of hiring and with double the amount of innovative and diverse design selections. We have gained 1600+ users in less than a year.
